4 MILLION WORTH OF ROAD CONCRETING PROJECTS AT BARANGAY BUHINGTUBIG AND UPPER CAMPO, POBLACION, PINAMUNGAJAN WERE INAUGURATED AND TURNED OVER TO ITS RESPECTIVE BARANGAYS LAST FRIDAY, NOV. 27, 2015. This is from the Congressional Funds of Cong. Gwendolyn Garcia thru the efforts of Mayor Glenn Baricuatro. In attendance during the event were Cong. Gwen Garcia herself who led the cutting of the ribbon, Board Member Alex Binghay, Former Board Member Tata Corominas, Mayor Glenn Baricuatro, Sb Lito Cerna , SB Julius Erwin Alpas, SB Richard Canillo, Mr. Salipada Liplip Cerna, Barangay Captains and their Councilors, Ms. Ai-ai Garcia, the daughter of Mr. Winston Garcia and the Engineering Staff of the 3rd Engineering District.
