MOA Signing CTU Pinamungajan - CTU Main Campus

February 5, 2014 was a date that will be etched forever in the town's history as the day a lot of Pinamungajanons are given the chance to change their stars.
Mayor Glenn F. Baricuatro, who believes that a college education is the key to break the cycle of poverty among many families, sought the Cebu Technological University's help in realizing his vision of a college in Pinamungajan.
The pact for a partnership to provide a better future for Pinamungajan's children was signed at the CTU Main Campus. This was inked by the mayor, alongside the Council Chairman of the Committee on Education, Hon. Manuelito P. Cerna, and Cebu Technological University President, Dr. Bonifacio Villanueva.
